Where We Work

At RGG, we’re focused on cultivating a culture where Associates can do their best work. That includes embracing diverse work approaches, including hybrid, in-office and fully remote, depending on function and role. We have five office locations where our Associates work: Boston, MA, New York City, NY, Shepherdsville, KY, Irvine, CA, and Dublin, Ireland. Our headquarters is located in the Seaport district of Boston.

Boston, MA

Our Boston headquarters is located in the trendy Seaport District. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation and is within walking distance from South Station and the Downtown Crossing MBTA station. Accessibility, flexibility, and the perks of being in the heart of the city provide our Associates with all the benefits of a hybrid office.

New York, NY

Our New York City team enjoys the best that hybrid has to offer with an office location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Our office overlooks iconic Madison Square Park with easy access to the 23rd or 28th Street train stations and only a 15-minute walk from Penn Station.

Louisville, KY

Shepherdsville, outside of Louisville, KY, is the home to two fulfillment centers and our second Production Studio where our Associates produce the imagery on Rue La La and Gilt and efficiently receive and ship products to our Members.
