
How We Hire
After you apply to one of our open positions, you’ll hear from our Talent Acquisition team within two weeks.
If you’re selected for an interview, you’ll first meet with one of our recruiters who will tell you more about RGG, our team, the role and we’ll spend time getting to know you and your experience. After that, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and other team members. Some roles may include a technical or creative assessment or a presentation.
Your recruiter will guide you throughout the process, providing next steps and feedback along the way.
