How We Hire

After you apply to one of our open positions, you’ll hear from our Talent Acquisition team within two weeks.

If you’re selected for an interview, you’ll first meet with one of our recruiters who will tell you more about RGG, our team, the role and we’ll spend time getting to know you and your experience. After that, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and other team members. Some roles may include a technical or creative assessment or a presentation. 

Your recruiter will guide you throughout the process, providing next steps and feedback along the way.

Stage 1: Recruiter Screening

1. Research Rue La La, Gilt, and ShopSimon 2. Be ready to speak to your past work experiences 3. Bring a few questions for our TA team to answer

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview

1. Fully review the job description and have examples prepared for core requirements 2. Demonstrate how you exemplify our values: Kind, Passionate, Collaborative, Innovative, Tenacious and Empowered 3. Prepare 2-3 questions for the Hiring Manager to answer

Stage 3: Team Member & Cross Functional Partners

1. Fully review the job description and have examples prepared for core requirements 2. Demonstrate how you exemplify our values: Kind, Passionate, Collaborative, Innovative, Tenacious and Empowered 3. Prepare 2-3 questions for the team to answer

Stage 4: Offer

Once the interviews have concluded, our Hiring Team and Recruiter will discuss all candidates. This process may take up to a week after your final interview. If you're selected for the role, your Recruiter will reach out with the good news and schedule a call to discuss details. You will recieve a written offer letter shortly after the call to review.
